Upgrade one or more of the tickets you purchased today at ZOO.

On your receipt from the ticket office you will find an order code consisting of eight numbers and letters (e.g. VU8SDZVF). Enter it here to see the tickets that can be upgraded.

Upgrading from ticket to Zoo Card is possible until the day after your visit.
